Shipping Policy

New Zealand

We aim to make delivery easy. This is why we offer:

• Free New Zealand delivery on all orders $99 and over OR
• A flat $6.99 delivery on Auckland orders under $99.
• For extra security, you can add a signature required service to your parcel for just $2.00 (NZ-only), with delivery just $8.99. Select signature required at checkout if you wish to use this option.

Delivery process & estimates

We work hard to dispatch your orders quickly and all packages are sent within 2 – 4 business days after receiving. When your order is shipped please allow an additional 1 – 2 business days for delivery, rural deliveries can take an extra day or 2 for New Zealand orders.

Upon shipment of your order you will receive an email from us with your tracking details. For information regarding your shipment once dispatched please contact NZ Couriers directly using the information found in your tracking email or below. Please allow up to 24 hours from receiving your tracking number for it to register.

International Orders

South Korea

• Orders will be sent within 7-14 business days depending on product availability.
  All products are sent directly from New Zealand and will be sent through the post office parcel service after passing customs.
• Minimum parcel measure is 1kg, therefore the delivery fee will be charged for 1kg even though your orders are under 1kg.
  The delivery fee is NZ$10 per kg, and it will charge depending on the total weight.
• Please enter the shipping address in Korean.
• All orders from overseas require a Personal Customs Code which is registered by Korea Customs Service.
• You can apply on their website(https://www.customs.go.kr/kcs/main.do).
  The Receiver’s name and contact number must match the contact details you entered when you apply Personal Customs Code.
